The right and above all individual program for scaling your company is our service. Together we create the plan for your progress. Right from the start, we work directly in practice. I am happy to offer a 3-phase approach. Adjustments can always be made individually. I would be happy to introduce you to some of our services below. Entrepreneurial success does not begin in a thick book or on slides, but in application!

FIRST MEETING
We will get to know each other in a short, no-obligation meeting and find out whether we would like to work together to achieve your success. I’ll introduce you to the possibilities and my approach. We will then plan the next steps so that we can get straight into action. You set the framework and the pace. I will be at your side.

WORKSHOPS
Whether team or individual workshops, different constellations can be useful in different situations. These can also take place spontaneously, online or on site, so that you never lose sight of the path.

ACTUAL STATUS
In a half-day workshop, we gain an overview of the company’s current situation and create an initial target picture. This workshop is recommended as the start of our journey. At this workshop, we will look together at all the important elements for future collaboration and develop initial results. We also create initial structures for the company.

CONSTRUCTION
In this phase, we will jointly define the vision and goals for the company in such a way that they are understood by all employees. We develop the most important tools for implementing the vision and strategy.

FIXATION
Consolidation is about consolidating the tools I recommend, which we have previously selected and introduced together, and using them as a matter of course in everyday life.

GROWTH
The final phase is all about growth. Thanks to the tools and positive habits from the previous phases, you will be able to keep your company constantly growing.
