That’s why there is no “one size fits it all” with me. I look after every company and every management team individually. Nevertheless, I offer different programs. Each of the following programs is tailored to a specific target group. Ultimately, however, it is up to the company to decide which program it chooses.

PLATIUN
Ideal for medium-sized to larger companies with two or more management levels, an international set-up and over 50 employees, as well as start-ups planning an exit or IPO.
Gold
Ideal for small companies with over 20 employees that are about to introduce a second management level or want to grow internationally, as well as start-ups in the scaling phase.
SILVER
Ideal for small companies with around 10 employees that will soon be putting together a management team and want to grow further, and start-ups that have already created initial structures and are generating sales.
BRONZE
Ideal for the self-employed, sole traders, start-ups in the early stages and micro-enterprises without a management team with a handful of employees who want to continue to grow.
